Be respectful
Treat other members with courtesy. Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone in chat, listings, or your profile.
No hate speech
Do not use slurs, discriminatory language, or content that attacks people based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, or other protected characteristics.
No explicit or sexual content
Keep messages and listings appropriate for a housing marketplace. Do not post sexual, graphic, or otherwise explicit material.
Honest listings
Describe rooms and terms accurately. Do not mislead seekers about rent, location, availability, amenities, or house rules.
No abusive or disrespectful language
Profanity, insults, and disrespectful language are not allowed — including mild profanity and obfuscated spellings.
Rules apply to messages and listings in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and mixed language.
Content that violates these guidelines may be blocked automatically or removed after review. Repeated violations can lead to account restrictions.
